The Quarto is safe at cadhla 's.  I am sitting on her loveseat with a happy, well-fed, comic-reading omnisti  next to me.  We have both had cadhla 's nommy rabbit stew, (after nearly five years with him, I learn that my lover is a cannibal.  Ah, well.)  life is good, we are safe and we are well taken care of.

Portland and Salem were full of hugs, smiles, friends, and comfort all this weekend.  Leaving Seattle was very rough on me this time, in spite of the fact that I won't be gone long.  housecerulia, mlerules, greektoomey were the best of all possible faces to see over and over in Portland, and my diamond-dear cohorts stealthcello,
